We loved the central location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of the city center, close to the central station and surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants. We even had a great view of the square where people were gathering to get married at the neighboring town hall. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained.

The hotel's location in the heart of the city centre was ideal, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby for guests to enjoy. However, the hotel was slow to respond to requests for advice about eating places.
The check-in process was extremely flawed, with delays in getting keys and accessing rooms, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

We loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the bustling old town square. Being just a stroll away from the famous Dome was a major plus. The room felt cozy and had a charming ambiance with vintage vinyl player and old German tunes.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city, offering a fantastic view of the City Hall and Cologne Cathedral. The rooms are spacious and come with great bathroom amenities. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I had no complaints.
